Michael McCarthy
Michael is a natural entrepreneur and has been a faculty at Harvard University for over 10 years.
Between 1994 and 2004, he was considered the #1 in the world for U.S. stock market predictions, helping his clients increase their investment returns by a total of $100 million.
After founding more than six (6) startups, Michael began his journey as a professor and today, in addition to being part of the Harvard University faculty team, he also teaches off-campus through courses and conferences, and through podcasts such as those he has done for Forbes magazine in the United States.
Milena Rubel
Milena has been part of the faculty team at Harvard University since 2018 and is the founder of Vestra Education, an American company that aims to develop and execute leadership and professional development programs for managers and leaders, as well as exchange programs for high school students.
Her career includes consulting and various projects with different departments of Harvard Medical School, including Human Resources and the Office of the Executive Dean, where she assisted in the school’s accreditation.
She also teaches off-campus through courses and conferences in the areas of leadership and management.
Milena holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Leadership Certificate from Harvard University.
Bill Wellman
Bill is a consultant, entrepreneur, and educator. He currently teaches courses in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Blockchain at Harvard University.
He has held executive positions in various consulting firms, including CSC and First Consulting Group, where he played leadership roles in providing consulting solutions to clients and growing the consulting practice.
Bill has served as Chief Information Officer and IT executive in several healthcare service organizations, including Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Alexian Brothers Hospital Network, Lahey Clinic, Rush-Presbyterian St. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
